Operator and policy status
Prime Matematika processes data to operate the platform. The operator's reviewed name, taxpayer ID, address and contact details are published in the Public Offer; if they are incomplete, the paid-payment flow is closed on the server. The date above identifies this policy revision.
Data collected
Account data includes name, optional email or phone, password hash, Telegram identifier, language, referral/source and leaderboard privacy choice. Learning data includes test attempts, answers, results, mistakes, problem submissions and notes, saved materials, course progress, group membership, attendance, live-class messages, polls and reactions. Payments store the amount, status, product and a private receipt image.
Purpose and access
Data is used for sign-in and security, server-side grading, learning progress, mistake analysis, groups and live classes, notifications, payment review, support and abuse prevention. Relevant records are available to the student, the teacher responsible for that group or product, and an authorised super-admin within their operational role.
Public visibility
Leaderboard name and visibility follow the Profile setting; new accounts default to group-only visibility. A signed certificate link shows the name, test, percentage and date to anyone holding the link, but carries noindex/noarchive instructions for search engines. Data is not sold or supplied for advertising profiles.
External services
The Telegram bot handles registration, sign-in codes, notifications and linked-parent reports. Depending on the lesson type, YouTube/Vimeo or live-communication services may process technical connection data under their own policies. Receipts and core learning records are not kept in a public folder; access is checked by session and ownership.
Cookies and local preferences
The platform uses a 30-day httpOnly session cookie, a one-year language cookie and, in the referral flow, a single-use return-path cookie lasting no more than 30 minutes. The code does not set third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Retention
Live-class reactions are retained for up to 7 days after a lesson ends and never more than 30 days. Temporary receipt uploads not submitted with a payment are removed during cleanup after cancellation or reservation expiry, if no other upload or payment references the file. Receipt evidence attached to a submitted payment is retained. The code currently sets no general automatic period for account, learning, chat, payment and purchase records; they are kept while needed for the account or service, and a deletion request is reviewed individually.
Children and guardians
The platform does not automatically verify age and its audience includes school students. Registration of a minor, payment on their behalf and linking a parent report should take place under a legal guardian's supervision. A guardian may contact us about an unconsented payment or data.
YouTube API Services
Prime Matematika uploads its own educational worked-solution videos to its own YouTube channel as unlisted videos through YouTube API Services (the YouTube Data API) and shows them on the site next to the matching problem. Uploads are made by an internal tool, only with the channel owner's OAuth 2.0 authorization; the site has no third-party sign-in, and we do not access, analyze or store any other user's YouTube data. Videos play in the YouTube player (youtube-nocookie.com), so when you play one, YouTube may process data under its own policies. Use of YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. What we store: only the YouTube video ID of our own videos (encrypted in our database), its title, duration and review score. It is kept for as long as the video is shown on the site; if the video is removed, replaced or deletion is requested, the ID is deleted or replaced. To request deletion, write to the email address given below. The channel owner can revoke the application's access at any time. Choices, access and contact
Student Profile offers a JSON data export and an account-deletion request. You can cancel the request within 30 days; after that period, your name, email, phone, Telegram ID, password hash and linked parent contact details are anonymized, and existing sessions are revoked. Learning results, chat, payment and purchase records are not all deleted by this process; the account row remains for historical records. If an export reaches a size limit, the file marks the affected section as truncated.
